QF series steam turbo-generators

Brief introduction of products:
Steam turbo-generators of Yuanda M.E. are classified into two series, Basic and Derivative. Basic series is the traditional air-cooling steam turbo-generators. These generators are coupling driven to the main equipments directly which used for small thermal power plants. The derivative series defers by different supportive drivers and different generator structures based on the basic series. These generators could be designed as brushless excitation required by customers to enhance the reliability. This product could be widely applied in Top Gas Pressure Recovery Turbine (TRT), generation by waste heat of cement kiln, natural gas and coal gas generation, etc.

Structure and features:
The frame is welded by steal sheet with firm structure. Protection degree is IP44. The soleplate under the frame and the wind outlet scoop is connected with the frame, when the outlet scoop and the cooler are connected by the pipe to be a closed circuit. The stator core is punched and laminated by the silicon steel sheet with good quality. The silicon steel sheet is coated by insulated paint film. The iron core is fixed on the support rod of the frame and highly pressured. The stator core is made of fiberglass wrapped copper wires with insulation class F and temperature rise class B to lengthen the service life. The end of the windings is well fixed and colligation with good mechanical strength and damp proof. The rotor is made of premium quality alloy steel to ensure the required mechanical strength in high speed rotation. The bearings are globe sleeve bearings which are easy to install and adjustment.
